Return Policy

At UGG we seek the complete satisfaction of our customers. In the event that you find your purchase unsuitable, we are pleased to offer you a refund under the following conditions;

  • Purchase must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
  • The original sales receipt must be presented.
  • Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all labels and product swing tags attached.
  • Merchandise must be in new and unused condition.
  • Refunds will be given only in the same form as the original payment.

If the returned merchandise does not meet the criteria above, the refund will be declined and the products returned to you.

To return an item, please:
1. Fill in the Return Form and a postage label will be emailed to you
2. Attach the postage label and return the item(s) in the same condition it was received and if possible with all packaging
3. Once we receive your returned goods, we'll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely. Our Returns Team will then inspect all items within 2 business days to ensure they are in an undamaged condition.
4. Our Returns team will then pass on details for all customer refunds to be processed as soon as possible, however, please allow an extra 2-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card account to allow for bank processing.

Registered users can print the postage label, view Return Requests and Status of each Return from My Account. Please ensure you are logged in when you request your Return.

PAYPAL RETURNS

All orders purchased using PAYPAL must be returned through our online store, for refund only. Orders made with PAYPAL may not be exchanged in-store and must be returned online for a refund.

AFTERPAY RETURNS

All orders purchased using AFTERPAY must be returned through our online store, for refund only. Orders made with AFTERPAY may not be exchanged in-store and must be returned online for a refund.

ONLINE PURCHASES - EXCHANGES

UGG is unable to offer exchanges via our online store. If an exchange is required, please visit your nearest UGG concept retail store.  We are unable to accept exchanges into Outlet stores.  Alternatively, return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size and/or colour.

UGG WARRANTY POLICY - FAULTY PRODUCTS

The UGG warranty applies to footwear less than one-year-old from date of purchase and applies to defective materials and workmanship. In the event that you find your purchase is carrying a manufacturing fault, we are pleased to offer you an exchange or refund under the following conditions;

  • Purchases must be returned within 12 months from date of purchase
  • All UGG claims which are past one year from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • The original sales receipt must be presented.
  • If there is a major fault with your item, you are entitled to an exchange or refund at any time.
  • Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will honour exchanges from any authorised UGG retailers through exchange only, based on the current published exchange rate. To be eligible for return, your product must meet the following criteria;

  • Be an authentic UGG product
  • Purchased within the last 30 days
  • Be in a new and unused condition
